I tried coffee before gym this morning. For a long time I didn't drink coffee because it would give me the runs. I supposed I was feeling experimental today. I had some instant coffee at home. So I just heated a cupful of water, added the powder, stirred and I was done. Surprisingly I didn't really get any discomfort :) An hour later I was at the gym. I felt more energetic then usual. "So this is why people drink it every morning!"
