Today the computer was set up finally and my email was spelled correctly too. I began to work on the flyers for the center branch. I also designed one ad for the hotline. Both of them still needed to be approved. So we'll see. After those I called Jose and asked him how to initiate the external hard drive for the Mac. I felt good that I also figured out how to get someone else's name off the Mac. It wasn't that I didn't want her on the Mac as another user, I just didn't want her name on it as the Main reference. So I changed it to the company's name and kept her profile. Hahaha... I felt much happier once I took her name off.
It's good to finally work on some stuff and be productive. The stress of not doing stuff and hearing everyone tells me how much work they need me to do, and over-thinking everything from people to projects to hours really drags me down even I am already off. Tonight I went to Borders and got a book on CS3. They didn't really have the one I saw on Amazon.com, but since I had a Borders gift certificate I might as well save some money. I made sure it would be OK to bring it back if it wasn't the right book for me. Having a CS3 "Bible" on hand certainly calms my nerves - I look forward to days where I don't have to think about work when I get home.
