I went back to the gym for the first time since Monday. Yea it's only been 3 days, but it felt like a long time to me. I did feel my wound getting worked. Still I kept going because I knew this would actually help its healing. Of course I was careful and watched out for more intense exercises, I definitely took a more casual route, just so I wouldn't stress my body too much. What a relief when I left - It felt real good to move again and take care of myself.
I am watching Elite XC on Showtime now. The fighters have it so much worse. All that blood and concentration - It does make most of my complaining a little embarrassing. Whatever. Let's get back to the show and my do-nothing weekend.
